Them:
Elaine was born in Jamestown, NY. My parents had a catering business while I was growing up. When I was 16 I did the baking on a seasonal basis for a hotel in a summer resort called Chautauqua Institution in New York state.
After marrying and moving to Shreveport Louisiana I worked for the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office and Shreveport Budweiser. During that time Grant got a promotion to Camp Beauregard. Once we relocated I worked for Baker Manufacturing and BakerAPS. The Baker family sold the business to McKesson, a fortune 15 company out of San Francisco, CA. After 18 years of service, McKesson organized a buy-out with a company out of North Carolina. I was laid off. This prompted me to take a step off into the wild side of the franchise restaurant business.
We are looking forward to the adventure of bringing Beef'O'Brady's into Alexandria. Beef's is a Family Sports Restaurant that is family and community oriented. Come join us for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Enjoy all the different sporting events on the 25 LCD Big Screen TV's sponsored by Direct TV. We will have a Game Room with a variety of arcade games for the kids enjoyment along with the NTN Buzztime on line interactive computer game for adults.

Grant was born in Muskogee, OK. Currently enjoying life in Alexandria for 19 years where we have two wonderful sons, Eric and Daniel, and five wonderful grandchildren. A Sergeant Major in the Louisiana Army National Guard for 34 years. A member of Hope Baptist Church on Hwy 28 West. Belongs to Gardner Lodge, Abe Hinson Lodge #472, York Rite, Scottish Rite, National Sojourners and El Karubah Shrine.
